Dj Python
Deep reggaeton is the tag that stuck to DJ Python, and it fits: dembow rhythms slowed to a crawl under ambient pads and dub-echoed synths. Dulce Compañia was the first release on Anthony Naples and Jenny Slattery's New York label Incienso in 2017, and Mas Amable followed there in 2020 with vocals from LA Warman. The same New York producer also records as DJ Wey, Luis and Deejay Xanax, working closer to lo-fi house and electro under those names.
